2010 02 20: Beyond-X and Economy

Beyond-X is unique in being a ski wear brand that owns its very own production facility, located in Poland. Build from the ground to enable us to produce just team uniforms, the way we think they ought to be made.

Standard numbers when entering productions into low labour cost nations sewing factories is minimums of 600 pieces / style, maximum 6 color combinations, and maximum 6 sizes. Running our own sewing factory, and designing the collection thereafter enables us to run productions with no minimums, often over 1 million possible color combinations, and some pant styles are offered in 14 sizes. On top of that the very same garments can be custom embroidered, and re-ordered for a minimum of 3 more seasons.

   There is no comparing!
Of course it is more expensive to produce this way, especially since the factory is located inside of EU, and is subjected to EU labour laws. However, the above flexibility, in combination with great durability, often makes it possible to keep a uniform complete and good looking for 3-4 seasons, sometimes even longer.
Garments even half the price, that do not offer reorder ability, will after just two season have cost the same, and thereafter Beyond-X will end up costing less.
Paying little is hardly ever, over time, a better deal!
